Prop Strike
This McCauley fixed-pitch arrived in our shop in rough shape. A Foreign Object Strike had bent and mangled the tips and leading edge. Our team of skilled technicians were able to straighten the tips, repair the damage, test for cracks and flaws, and repaint the prop in just a few days.
Wear & Corrosion
Even under normal flying conditions, props and blades can take a beating from weather, debris, and other corrosives. This prop came in for a regularly scheduled overhaul under-performing and looking pretty rough. Just over a week later, we were able to deliver it perfect working order, overhauled, refurbished and like-new.
