Re-Pitch & Repaint
Not getting the performance you desire from your fixed-pitch propeller? We can re-pitch your prop to create better climbing or cruising performance, as your needs dictate. And every re-pitch receives a fresh coat of paint before we return it to you!
Hartzell Composite Certified
Composite material blades are a remarkable technological innovation used in many high-end aircraft propellers and turbines. They reduce weight load to help increase fuel efficiency and engine performance while maintaining a longer average operational life over traditional aluminum blades. Not all shops have the expertise or equipment to work on these top-tier products. We have been certified by Hartzell to work on their composite material blades and turbines. Don't send your high-end composites to just anyone! We are qualified and prepared to handle your needs!
Moisture, debris, normal wear and tear—or the unfortunate prop strike—can do a number on your propeller. Regular inspections and proper maintenance can significantly extend your propeller's life, saving you money in the long-run. Our skilled technicians will refurbish your propeller to like-new conditions, overhaul the blades and hub, replace parts as necessary, and give it a fresh coat of paint. All overhauls adhere to FAA and manufacturer specifications.
